Home valuation service

Home value ranges we provide are professional opinions prepared from market data and comparable sales. They are estimates only — not an appraisal, a guarantee of sale price, or financial advice. Actual market value can only be determined by the market itself.

Text messaging terms

• By checking the optional SMS consent box on our valuation form, you agree to receive text messages from Virtue Group, LLC about your home value request and occasional Omaha market updates.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving your valuation.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, request a valuation, or opt in to text messages from Virtue Group, LLC. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older.
