This Privacy Policy describes how Virtue Group, LLC ("Virtue Group," "we," "us"), a licensed residential real estate team in Omaha, Nebraska brokered by eXp Realty, LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website, including our home valuation service (the "Site").

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and answers you choose to give about your property or selling plans when you request a home valuation or contact us.
  • Automatically collected information: standard web log and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) used to operate and improve the Site.

How we use your information

  • To prepare and deliver the home value report you request;
  • To respond to your inquiries and coordinate appointments or showings;
  • To send you real estate market information you have requested or consented to receive;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our valuation form, Virtue Group, LLC may text you your home value results and occasional Omaha market updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving your valuation. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; opt-outs take effect immediately.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (such as our CRM and messaging platforms), bound to use it only on our behalf; (b) licensed real estate professionals on our team for the purpose of serving your request; and (c) authorities where required by law.

Cookies & tracking technologies

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to remember your preferences, keep the Site secure, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing. This includes analytics cookies and, if you arrived from an ad, conversion-tracking pixels. We also use the Google Places API to power address autocomplete on our valuation form; your address query is sent to Google subject to Google's own privacy policy.
